We may also use third-party services, such as Google Analytics, to collect, monitor, and analyze this information to improve the functionality of our services. These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies that outline how they use this information. When you access our services through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including the type of mobile device you use, the device's unique ID, the IP address of the device, the mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use, your location information, and other statistics. Third-Party Service Providers

We may hire third-party companies and individuals (our "agents") to help us provide our Services, perform service-related tasks, or assist us in analyzing how our Services are used. Retention and Deletion

Termzy only keeps Personal Data for as long as it is needed to provide its Services. The Personal Data of our Client's visitors is automatically deleted or anonymized after ninety days. If we receive a request to delete Personal Data before it is automatically deleted, we follow a process to verify the authenticity of the request. This includes confirming that the requestor is the individual whose data it is or, if the request comes from a Client about its visitors, deleting the Personal Data as instructed by the Client. Since we do not collect personally identifiable information of our Clients' visitors, we may not be able to verify or match a request with a particular Client if the information comes directly from the visitor.

When deleting Personal Data, it is completely removed from our servers or only retained in anonymized form. If we have collected Personal Data about you from multiple Clients, we will delete all instances of the Personal Data that we have at the time of the request (to the extent that we can verify and match it). However, if you later authorize or visit the same or another Client's website or application, we will process your Personal Data in relation to that authorization or visit.
